BRIX Properties is a residential brokerage held within the BRIX Group of firms. We work on a small number of homes at any one time and keep our register closed by intent.

A residence is the longest decision in a life.
We believe the right home is found, not sold. Our work is selection — the patient act of finding a single address that fits a single brief — and representation, on the rare occasions when an owner has decided to release.
The register is closed by intent. New entries are taken privately, introduced to a short list of clients, and removed when the address is taken. Nothing is advertised. Nothing is timed.
We are paid by retainer rather than on the speed or scale of a transaction. It allows us to say no when an address does not fit, and to wait when nothing does.
